Not received sim and sky contract has now cancelled

Hi, 

the email I received to track my order wont allow to do so as it is a sim only deal.  Sky have now cancelled my contract and I still haven’t received my SiM.  Can you advise when it will be delivered?

When did you order the SIM? They're sent through Royal Mail and usually arrive within four working days.
