Hi Laura, I might be able to help you with what EE said to me yesterday. Because the same thing happened to me, I rang EE yesterday and explained that myself and someone else (you) on ee community forum are having an issue with the Apple magsafe charger after ordering and there is something wrong with the item being ordered. After being transferred a man named Luke, he told me that EE as a company have an issue they struggle to correct and that is that when EE dispatch an item under the value of £150 it goes through royal mail standard without tracking, as soon as it arrives with royal mail at the depot it accidently signals a delivery email to the buyer and what it really means is that royal mail have your parcel. I was told to ignore the emails I got that said "your order is on its way & "your order is in your hands and has been delivered". EE themselves can't seem to stop this from happening with their untracked item deliveries. Any EE orders under £150 have no tracking number so we won't be getting one unfortunately and he said it can take 5 working days to arrive. If by day 5 no text to say it's on its way or no knock at the door then call back he said. I think it's stupid not to including tracking with their items but it's how they run. Knowing it's an internal error that once royal mail receive the item it marks as delivered and it's not supposed to- gave me peace of mind and I'm hoping to try and help you too as I see you're still struggling to figure out where your item is.. Hang in there ! If it doesn't arrive by let's say Monday/Tuesday take it up with your bank and get the money back as will I be. I hope EE can find a way to stop their items from acting as delivered but seems to be something they've had a lot of problems with as luke told me he's had a lot of calls about this and it's just a constant for ee.
