Not received order

Hi,

I placed an order on 12/09/26 apple MagSafe charger. Unable to track, said it was delivered the same day I placed the order. The order was supposed to be delivered today I’ve had nothing. I’ve contacted 0800 079 0062, they couldn’t give me any tracking I don’t know if the parcel is actually going to arrive.

Oh my gosh, the same thing is happening to me today. I am trying so hard to find this parcel that has no tracking info for me and track my parcel button is broken. I am currently fuming that my daughter's last 18th present has been faked as delivered and I can't even see where it's supposedly been delivered to. This was ordered on the 16/09/2026 at approx 12.30am , at 3.44pm it has supposedly been delivered with no sightings. After knocking on over 40 flat front doors with no knowledge of said parcel being delivered I have reason to suspect this delivery notification is some sort of mistake. Did you ever get your item ?

If when you called our team was unable to give you any information on tracking, did they say why? Did they confirm the item was in stock?

The same thing is happening to me today . Says delivered but no sightings of it anywhere. Unable to track as tracking buttons and pages are broken or errored. I've been on the phone on hold for 35 mins to royal mail and I don't even have a tracking number to give them I'm at my witz end trying to understand what's going on and if I should contact my bank or not

The same situation as lauratay95 is happening to me. Apple magsafe charger (1m) was ordered today. The same day an ee email claims it's on its way. Shortly after another ee email comes through to say your item has been delivered. Yet no parcel, no sightings, no delivery driver or post man anywhere to be seen or been seen by other neighbours. Please help figure out what is going on with this item as anyone that buys it through you is going be super stressed out as I am. Your website is saying sorry this page cannot be found every time I click the track hyperlink and it's super frustrating

So I’ve contacted again after I’ve come home from work, it’s apparently being delivered tomorrow but I still have no confirmation of that by email? I don’t understand why we don’t get given a reference so we can chase this ourselves.

I understand how frustrated you are being unable to get any updates online.

I'd recommend giving the team a call on the number @lauratay95 mentioned above. This is a direct number to the team who handle these orders and should be able to provide an update.
