Placed an order online for a new phone for my daughter as her one broke, after placing an order I was asked to call the helpdesk to confirm some info. When I phoned the guy kept telling me he was looking at other plans which were a lot more than the one I had ordered. When I asked why I couldn't have the plan that was available on the website as advertised I was told it was unavailable but not why.
Why is something available online, but it's just cancelled as soon as you order it.
It was a Samsung A14 for £20 a month, no upfront cost .

I am unable to see the £20 plan when looking at the Samsung A14 online.
Have you got any details of the original plan you selected?
