Not able to track my order

Hi, I ordered over the phone yesterday and was told that my phone would be delivered today, I did explain that it would need to be delivered today as I go away on holiday, if not it would have to be when I am home. But I haven't received any confirmation or tracking details.

If you cannot use EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

DPD will text you whe your delivery is due.
