Hello,

I placed a order yesterday have been informed there is stock and would be delivered to the shop today by a representative it’s been over 24 hours since then and still nothing still showing as not dispatched and can’t seem to get through to customer service to even ask about this. Considering this is my first time joining EE services has been quite appalling

As you've chosen to pick up your mobile from an EE store, we'll text you when it's ready.

You will need valid ID - such as your passport or driving licence, or have verified your ID in the EE app.

If you haven't heard from the EE store, you can give them a call to check.

To add to this I even asked if I could pick up a device from the store instead of one being delivered to the store since both have them in stock

@Dannyk689  store stock is for sale from the store and as you ordered online or over the phone then your device will be delivered to that store.  The stock in the store has to be accounted for and your order cannot be taken from store stock if you didn’t order from the store.   The device you ordered will be registered to you via your EE account with its IMEI number.    The store will contact you when it’s there for collection 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
