Text received today , Apparently I am to be Refunded on 9th December, so no goods supplied, and a month long delay for a refund, in the event that this arrives how on earth is this deemed a acceptable behaviour for a retail business in this day & age.
Unfortunately it appears I am tied into a contract for TV & internet until this time next year, no way will I be renewing!
