anyone know how or who to get a response from re non delivery of a returns envelope for trade in? Outsourced company haven’t delivered now over 14 days. 20 mins on phone to EE to extend deadline for returns. Still receiving final demands from EE to return phone in a pack that hasn’t arrived, with ‘reminder’ that my contract will be deducted by said agreed amount. Beyond frustrated.
