DPD…

My IPhone 14 Pro Max was meant to be delivered today between 13:00 and 14:00 by DPD. No attempt of delivery was made to myself or my neighbours and we have CCTV to vouch for this.

Upon checking DPD’s website it says that at 10:37 that EE requested it back. I’m unsure as to why. I’ve been in to my local branch to enquire and they just told me to contact DPD. DPD are just telling me to contact EE.

Im feeling very stressed as I’ve rung EE numerous times today with no luck of getting in touch with an operator despite being on hold upwards of 20 mins each time
