Missing galaxy watch

Hello. 

I recently upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s23 and the plan included a galaxy watch. It hasn't arrived and I've not received any email or notification to allow me to claim it which I was told to expect

You will receive the watch 14-30 days after you receive your handset to the billing address. If this time has passed then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
