DPD delivery

Hi,

 

Was expecting the delivery of my upgrade phone today. It arrived late and when I opened the package there is no phone, just a power pack. It's been stolen obviously. what do I do? 

I'm waiting in EE telephone queue at the moment.

 

Please advise.

Speak to EE and then report the theft to the police for the crime reference number. 

Also contact DPD via their app.
