Hi,
I ordered an upgrade for a IPhone 16Plus in Pink 128GB on Friday 17th October. I have received an email regarding a confirmation but i have only been given a xko reference number. This is meaning that I cannot track the status of my order on whether it has actually been successfully ordered and sorted. I understand that we get another code from DPD for delivery but I am just wondering if anyone can look at the stock of this device and possibly help me get onto finding a way to request a code to actually track the progress (as i feel very out of the loop and very insecure on if my order is actually being processed).

Also forgot to add, I am aware that it says “Dispatch in 7 days” - just wondering on stock and the ability to try and track if it’s gone through or not.😊

Welcome to the community.
The only information that we have access to here is that it is expected to be dispatched within 7 days, as you have mentioned.
If you've not been given any other order number apart from the xko number, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can bring up your account and check the order.
As long as the order has gone through successfully, they'll be able to give you an order number so you can keep an eye on the progress of the order.
