Where’s my order

I placed my order on the 25-9-25 and I had confirmation of the order stating it will be dispatched within 24 hours and passed on to DPD. The order was confirmed dispatched the next day however I have received no more information and no DPD information to carry on tracking my order. It’s a very poor process when you’re receiving zero updates and no clear communication when the order will arrive.

I've taken a look at our stock page and I can see that if you ordered your phone on 25/09/25 you can expect your phone within 28 days or your order date.

Welcome to the community,

Which device, colour and storage size did you order?

It could be that there is a stock limit and if it is for the latest one, they are dispatched on a first come first serve basis.

You will receive notification from DPD once the device has been dispatched up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

We have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, but if you let us know about the device one of the staff in the forum would be able to let you know whether there is a delay in sending them out or whether they are in stock, as Apple often do not send enough of the latest ones out, so can be a wait.

But why would it show as dispatched on the EE tracking page?

Hi I see you exactly the same information as you do. 

That my order has been dispatched. 

It is misleading because it also says within 23 (I have ordered mine the 23rd of September)

Looks like there is a countdown

I'm sorry that incorrect information is showing @Antayres88.

Once your handset has been despatched you will receive a notification from our courier with further tracking details.

As I said to tell me on Friday that it’s been dispatched, I should have tracking info by now. Clearly there is an issue, and for it to say at the bottom don’t contact customer support over this as they can’t help is ridiculous. I would like to be contacted instead of having to rely on a community bulletin board

If you have any concerns about your order, you're welcome to speak with customer service directly.

However, as explained above, our stock information states you can expect this within 28 days from placing your order. 

Once stock is assigned to your order, your parcel will be handed to DPD, then they will set the delivery date and timeslot. Our team over the phone won't be able to give you any further details than we have here, I'm afraid. 

Keep an eye on the DPD app, and I assure you, you will receive further updates when stock is available.
