I have placed my mobile order but still I did not receive any kind of reference number and any kind update

You normally receive an email when your order is processed. Have you checked your junk/spam email folders.

If not then speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
