No order confirmation email received

Recently placed order online for upgrade to new handset. Got to page stating thank you for your order email confirmation of this will be sent

received zero email confirmation and have checked all folders have nothing there. Concerned about order as currently without a phone and needing this phone to be delivered asap and can't do much else. Fortunately noted the confirmation number separately and is showing on my orders but email confirmation not come through and have concerns no tracking updates will be occuring

Hi,

 

Yes I did. Issue is zero email confirmation on this which finding strange as had previous email confirmations from past orders and further issue is even though my phone number currently do not have a phone hence organised new phone but bit more difficult with no email confirmations

It's important that you receive delivery notification.

I'd recommend giving us a call on 07953 966 150. This number can be called from any landline or provider. 

If you do not have access to a phone please visit your local EE Store.

My order for my phone says it been accepted and confirmed but can't track it have no email with order number can't ring out as have no credit

Do you have a note of the order number shown on the Order Accepted screen when you placed the order? 
This usually begins with XKO

It may be worth checking your Email service Junk/Spam folder to see if your order confirmation has been filtered into there. 
If there email still cannot be found, I'd suggest the best option to call our Customer Service team on 0800 9566000 (this is a free phone number)
