I am looking to upgrade but when I choose a package I have no option to deliver to a store, only give me my billing address as an option, as it is very unlikely someone will be home for DPD delivery I would like to option to pick up from store.
If I am not already a customer the website gives me the store option, but not when I'm logged in to upgrade.
Please advise.

Do you live near a local EE Store?
If you continue to see this I'd recommend asking our upgrades team on 150 to process this for you.
