Need to order new phone but can't access old phone to verify

is there anyway I can order a new phone by verifying another way? my phone has unfortunately just switched itself off and I cannot access it. I'm trying to order a new phone/ upgrade but it won't let me without verifying my number. is there anyway I can verify it another way?

Are you able to put the SIM into another phone? If not, the best thing to do would be to speak with our upgrades team, or pop into your nearest EE Store with photo ID, if it's easier.
