Hi
i ordered a 5g mobile broadband device as an upgrade for my 4g device which I’ve had for about 10 years. Ordered it on Tuesday with the website saying despatch time of 1 day. 3 days later still no device and I’ve already paid for NowTv subscription to watch the cricket. Why the delay? Especially as I’ve had to pay £100 up front which I was not happy with after being a customer for so long.
