No dpd text

I ordered an upgrade last night and dpd tried to deliver it to my wife today, but asked for a pin code, but I have not had an email or text saying they were delivering today or containing a pin code.

Am I supposed to give them something else?

I know this is a late reply but I have found the solution for anyone who reads this in the future...

It's to do with RCS chats, my default messages application doesn't have the option so I tried downloading Google Messages from the PlayStore, I set it as my default messages app and enabled RCS Chats in the settings, which showed Status: Connected. 

Then all the dpd texts started coming through. Hope this helps.

Glad you have found this out and resolved your problem, are you on an Android device, as I am on Apple, as that seems to be where the problem lies.

Hi, yes I have an Android device, but from what I've read Apple has RCS messaging option as well in the Settings app. You need to be on iOS 18 at least though.

@jbdx94 , yes., it does now, and when using messages, can see whether RCS or not, as when IMessage, it does not show. RCS is new to Apple products, by the way.
