Good morning. I ordered an iPhone 17 in black on Saturday 27th. When ordering it stated dispatch within 3 days but there still no update. Should I be concerned?

If you ordered the iPhone 17 256gb in Black on 27/12/2025 then the estimated wait time was 3 days.

As @Chris_B mentioned, delivery times may differ with it being the festive period.

If you have your order reference, then you can rest assured that your order has been logged.

I'd recommend keeping an eye out for a text message from our delivery couriers DPD.

@Katu  With it being Christmas I wouldn’t expect it to be on time,     Did you receive a confirmation of order email ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I did yes - and the rest of the order has been progressing (the sim contract etc).  I guess I’ll exercise some patience 🙂 Thank you
