I placed an order on Saturday 30/11/24 for the new Galaxy S24 ultra and smartwatch. I set up direct debits and paid the upfront amount and although the money has left my account the webpage failed to load to provide an order reference number for me to track and there has also been no confirmation email received to acknowledge the order or receipt of my payment. Please can someone assist me. Thanks

@TeeJay2105 Have you checked your email spam folder? If nothing is there you’ll need to call customer support about this. Might be worth taking screenshots of your bank account that shows payment has been taken so you can show this if needs be. Obviously removing anything else that’s personal or not relevant
