Hello,
I ordered a Samsung S23 in Cream (256GB) and paid £70 upfront on 19/9/23 (last Tuesday) but have had no updates at all. The website said the phone was in stock when I ordered it and the confirmation said it would be dispatched within 1 working day, but I haven't heard anything at all since my order confirmation and it's causing me a lot of stress.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Have you checked EE order tracking.
If order tracking doesn't work then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Hello!
Nope the tracking does not work, every time it just says "Sorry, We can't show your order details"
I'll give them a ring in the morning, thanks for the advice
