No Communication - Phone Now Returned to EE - Why?

I received a text message saying my new phone was with the courier, then nothing. I log in to the EE app and it says the phone is being returned to EE. Why? My order number is xxxx xxxx xxx xxx x

Was the text you received from DPD?

If yes, are you able to track your phone to look at the journey with DPD to see if delivery failed?
