Hi I have ordered an iPhone from BT and they are using EE . This was ordered yesterday with BT and I still do not have order number and it is suppose to be delivered today. Please can you help

@laura19731   Who is your network provider BT OR EE ?  They are different network companies. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The phone is coming from EE

They may use the EE network and BT may own EE but if you ordered from BT you need to speak to them.
