Need to talk to someone from EE asap please abouts delivery.

The agent i spoke with upon confirmation of new purchase was made aware of
current handset being damaged, therfore hampering me in retrieving the
security codes needed to obtain the new handsets.
So,
Upon updating this via yhe use of my neighbours number, i was to recieve
the new devices the following morning, sadly they did not arrive,
Following this latest conversation with EE, i was forced to cancel this
existing order as to reset it so to speak as the handsets had to be
returned to EE head offices to allow the process to be repeated once again,
Now i use a tablet to access my email accounts and social media platforms
etc etc, now surely i should be allowed my security codes to be sent here
to be able to obtain my new devices safely and effectively, hence why im in
desperate urgent need to speak with another agent, as im unable now to use
my neighbours phone following a dispute about this,
Now,
I wish to cancel the broadband fully still, but wish to proceed in the
order of both myself and my partner's new phones,
Is it going to be possible to ask for sum sort of compensation to rectify
this issue, by ways of a new smartwatch to go alongside the phone's, some
earbuds would suffice also,

I await your much needed contact to discuss this problem in depth at your
earliest convenience please.
