Hi. I placed an order for 2 new pay monthly sim cards on the weekend I should have received them by now but haven't. 

I received a call from EE today but I got cut off and can't call back as my minutes are up on my sim and I have no credit.

I need someone to call me back but can't reach live chat for some reason.

SIMs are dispatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail.

Yes I am aware of that but I'm not sure if they have been dispatched as I
was talking to a lady this morning from EE and we got cut off and I can't
call them back as I have no credit on my phone.

2nd Class mail is now delivered only every other weekday. There's still time today or tomorrow.
