I ordered a phone on 27/03/23 which email I got said was successful, to then get a call on 31/03/23 to say direct debit was set up and phone would be with me on next day delivery making it 03/04/23 as of yet I’m still to receive phone and have had no further emails from ee or the delivery company. I’ve tried to track phone online but all I get is a read box saying unable to give details! Anyone else had this? Thinking of using another provider now and sending phone back if it ever does arrive

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend giving our Mobile Care team a call on 150 so that we can check what is going on with your delivery for you.
