Hello, I ordered an upgraded on Sunday to be delivered to the rushden lakes store, since I’ve had no tracking info, nor will it allow me to track it. How long am I expected to wait for the upgrade to be delivered?

It depends on whether the device you ordered was in stock. Could you let me know the device make and model, as well as the colour and memory size, where applicable? I'll check our stock levels for you.

Hello,
was the iPhone 14 128g in blue,
whilst I understand that maybe updates or, even mentioning it may be out of stock before ordering might reduce these types of messages. Had I of know this was going to be the case I wouldn’t f ordered it.

I've checked and it's definitely in stock, @Adelle92. That model is expected to be dispatched within one day, so I'm not sure why you haven't received it yet.
It may be worth speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your order.
