Made an order, no tracking or confirmation

Hi,

Made an upgrade to an existing handset on my account, had a call the next day (earlier this week) to confirm everything and since heard nothing... No confirmation text/email with tracking details and nothing showing on the DPD app as pending delivery.

Could someone look into this please?

The current delivery guidance for that model is dispatch within seven days.

Sorry, we can't access your account via the community forum.

You'll receive your tracking details directly from DPD the day before your delivery.
