Hi,
I’ve been given a 20% NHS discount code from a family member, and I’m due to upgrade my contract. When I attempt to add in the code on the upgrade site, it says invalid. However, if I choose the same package when I’m logged out, it accepts the discount code.
I’ve been a loyal EE customer for over 10 years, I like EE, but it seems quite unfair to not be able to use this discount to upgrade? So, do I just end my current contract and sign up as a new customer to get the discount?

I'm sorry about that. It's possible that the discount is clashing with something on your account. I would recommend giving us a quick call on 150 or popping into your nearest EE store so we can process this manually for you.
