New SIM hasn't turned up

I contacted EE about losing my phone and was told I would be sent out a new Sim Card that'll be here by Tuesday.

It's Tuesday now and it's not here, and I have no tracking information for it so.. What do I do?

@AlexThomas  you’re gonna have to wait for the Royal mail to deliver it because they’re sent out second-class Royal mail.  ( no tracking available for this )

Ah, okay. Website says First Class.

Guess that's not true. 

@AlexThomas  I’ve never seen 1st class used yet.     And yesterday was a bank holiday

@Chris_B is right, SIM deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and can take 2-5 working days. 

I am sorry you have been provided incorrect information. 

Could you please link us to the page so we can get this updated?
