New IPhone SE order on 12/10. I can’t track my order. What is going on?

I renewed my contract on 12/10 and I can’t track my order. Has this gone through? When will I get my new phone and contract. I’ve never had this problem before.

@Kbagstaff  Have you had confirmation of your upgrade order ?    If you’ve not then you’ll have to call customer services about this as this is a public forum that has no access to your account.
