Never order from ee

I am a current customer of ee for broadband which i have had loads of problems with, however i decided to order a new tv on finance which cost £419 i paid £194 straight away when i placed the order on 30th april it told me i should recieve tv by 6th may whi h is today i hadnt recieved no tracking for then it said parcelforce standard delivery i rang this morning explaining i didnt recieve tracking amd making sure that the tv will be delivered today i got told that parcel force hadnt shared tracking but i would definatly recieve my parcel today got to 4pm and i rang back because i still had no delivery just to be told that my order had got stuck and hadnt even been dispatched what a joke ee are noq they have to resend my tv which i am without a tv till it arrives i have a child qith autism qhich is going to cause problems now that i have to wait this is a joke not good ee
