Every single order I've done for a mobile phone the Tracking via EE never ever works!

Where is my phone?? Ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max, 1TB on the 1St May at 1.43 am & its showing on my account, I've got the info and phone number on my EE account yet still no phone yet??

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the phone is showing on your account it would normally be an indication it is on the way.

Which colour did you go for? The Silver version is in stock and usually dispatched within a day, the Cosmic Orange has just come back into stock and has orders from the 1st May waiting to be dispatched and the Deep Blue version is out of stock with an expected wait time of 7 days.
