Cant track my new phone

I ordered An iPhone 17 pro max a few days ago now....I put the tracking number in and its says im doing incorrect....I havent heard from EE about anything else. 

I would like to know where and what's happening to this. As I have paid my £30 deposit.

Which colour and memory size of the iPhone 17 Pro max have you ordered? From what I can see all models are currently in stock, though some were only restocked today so depending on what you ordered yours may be one of these.

@Sa2006 It looks like that one has been in stock awhile so should have dispatched by now if you ordered a few days ago. I would recommend giving us a call so one of our team can take a look at your order and see what is happening with it.

Im unable to call as my phone im using now is broken.... is there any other way I can get kn contact with someone 

And my app keeps saying im putting the wrong reference number in or email to track it but ive been doing it correctly. 

 

Its just very confusing as j just want my phone to arrive haha

@Sa2006 If you are already a pay monthly customer with the EE app setup you may be able to use the chat function via the talk to us option in the help section of the EE app, they may be able to help check the order.

Other than that the best bet would be borrowing a phone for a call if possible as if it has not dispatched yet it would suggest something needs to be checked with the order.
