My sim has not been delivered

I have moved over from Plusnet to EE and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my sim to be delivered.

They said it would take 2 - 3 days, who do I contact and how?

I tried on Facebook messenger but I've heard nothing.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

The SIM card should take no longer than 5 working days, to get this looked into please get in touch with our mobile care team and they will be happy to help.

Thank you as I wasn't sure who to contact.

I seem to have an account but when I put my mobile number in it basically says I don't exist lol.

Maybe this is due to the porting of my number.
