I ordered a new pay monthly phone on the 5th of Jan. I am still waiting. I get messages every day from PDP that the is a problem at there depo. I have been waiting now 9 days.

If your phone is with our couriers, one of our guides can contact them to get an update for you.

I'd recommend giving us a call, then a guide can take some details to get access to your order.
