I ordered a pair of AirPods Pro 2nd gen , and I have been waiting for a while , the order still says awaiting for processing. I have tried calling the customer service but they are saying they can’t help, what do I do now as the customer service on the store says they will reply back in 16 days , when i ordered the AirPods for 1 -3 delivery I’m still waiting for a response.

I don't have any other update for you available here, other than what is showed you on the website when ordering.
If you give our customer service guides a call, they can pass you on to our Electronics team to check the progress of the order.

So… I have my Airpods from EE, just not how it was meant to be.
After seeing that my Airpods bought through ee.co.uk would not ship at all and being marked as preorder, I saw the store.ee.co.uk website actually had them in stock, so I cancelled my order in the first website and purchased the Airpods in the second one. I received them today and also the refund from the original order.
I suggest you do that if you see them in stock in store.ee.co.uk
