I ordered a pair of AirPods Pro 2nd gen , and I have been waiting for a while , the order still says awaiting for processing. I have tried calling the customer service but they are saying they can’t help, what do I do now as the customer service on the store says they will reply back in 16 days , when i ordered the AirPods for 1 -3 delivery I’m still waiting for a response.

Am I correct in thinking that this is an order you placed via the EE store, paying outright, rather than one ordered to a mobile account?
It's always best to double check with these things so we can be sure we're pointing you in the right direction.

Hi,
I have also ordered a pair of Airpod Pro 2 via EE store and paid outright. I have not had an update about the order and delivery. When I checked out, it said it would be delivered in 1-3 days.

When was it you placed the order?
Did you get an order number? If you did, was it starting with EE then 8 digits, or SOO- then 8 digits? Please don't put the full order number here.

Hi Michael, I am not OP but I am in the same situation. When I ordered them they were on stock and they said they’d be dispatched in 2 days. My order starts with EE and they were ordered from this specific website https://ee.co.uk/products/atp-apple-airpods-pro-2nd-gen-2023
I also noticed my credit card was charged the full amount but the order lets me cancel it. If I do it, will I get refunded automatically?

I'm sorry to hear your order has not yet been despatched.
When did you place your order?
If you cancel your order a refund will automatically be processed.

I cancelled the order just a few seconds before your reply since the EE Store (the other website you have, the SOO one) seems to have them im stock at more or less the same discount.
When cancelling this order I got an email saying my money should be refunded in the next 14 days, so I think all is good.

It seems like we’re both stuck in the same frustrating situation. I also ordered my AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) on Sunday, and since then, there’s been no update. The order status still says “confirmed ,” and I can’t even track it.
It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since they promised a 1-3 day delivery window. Honestly, I’m starting to think I should have just ordered from Amazon or another retailer to avoid this hassle.
Let’s hope we get updates soon, but I totally get how annoying this wait is!
