My money was take but unable to process request

I was trying to purchase the apple air pod 4 and checked out. I paid with Apple Pay and my money was taken but the EE screen showed - ‘sorry we are unable to process your request at this time’ - what can I do about this as I don’t want to do it again for to have more money taken

@Jakie180  You need to call customer support if the payment was taken and you then got that message 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
