My app wont sign in

Hiya my name is aiden and im just wondering how i see where my orders are because iv recently joined and made an account an iv also ordered a sim for my iphone but i dont know if the order has gone through

@Aiden_mellor01  until you get a phone number you can not actually set up an account for your online EE account.  have you received an email confirming your order ?  You might need to look in your spam folder. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I do have a mobile number but its with giffgaff but i want to transfer it
over to ee but i dont know if my order for my sim card has been approved as
of yet

Have you received an email confirmation?

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to be delivered.
