I upgraded my phone and plan yesterday, it’s a pay monthly plan. I’ve received an email with and XKO number.

my plan e.g data calls etc has been updated on my account, but I’ve had no delivery email off EE or Courier.

can someone help?

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you downloaded the DPD app and entered your email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
