Upgrade

I ordered an upgrade of sim only, got an email confirmation but can't see any info on my EE about it or when it will take effect. 

Anyone know when it will start? Wondering if I've done something wrong, although the email says it's an upgrade, also says I won't get a new sim as it just changes on what I have.

Any help appreciated

@Beca2   You’ll get a text from EE when it’s changed over to the new tariff.  If you keep an eye on your EE account you’ll see it change over before you even get that text from EE.  It should be swapped after 24 hours as it’s an account change and it roughly takes that long.
