iPhone 17 Pro Max waiting for delivery time?

I ordered a new phone - iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver - to be delivered. Ordered 14th December and email said estimated delivery 15th. 

there’s no sign it’s being delivered soon as it doesn’t appear to have even dispatched yet and it’s Friday now. How long will I likely be waiting? Anyway to check current stock levels?

We want to get your phone to you as swiftly as possible, so I'm sorry to hear this is taking longer than expected.

It does seem like this model is currently out of stock, though we are expecting to have this with customers within 7 days if they do order now, so this will hopefully be with you on Monday or Tuesday, just in tie for Christmas!

I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, and popping your details in ahead of time, so you'll be able to keep an eye on this, once DPD do have it.

If order tracking is not helping then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

Download the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Spoke to live chat agent this morning and  they said expect dispatch tomorrow or Sunday at the latest so hopefully that is accurate. They also refunded my delivery fee. I understand stock levels can be an issue but they should be more up front about it when ordering. Email said expect it dispatched within 3 days

I ordered one in silver on the 12th dec was told 24/48hr then told by Friday just gone, now being told Tuesday/wed this week, but got an email yesterday saying my order is on track but they are awaiting stock from supplier so no idea when it will be here, wish they would just be honest with dispatch time was promised it in time for Xmas, hope yours comes soon

I can understand you'll want to get your hands on the order, and the confusion with getting told different dates.

If you let me know which storage size you ordered, I can have a look at the stock information to see what the estimated timescale will be.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver was showing as estimated dispatch time of up to 7 days when you ordered, and our stock also shows that the oldest outstanding order is from 18th December.

As you ordered before this, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order on your account as I would have expected it to have been dispatched by now if you ordered on the 12th.

I have ordered an iphone 17 pro max silver 256GB earlier this morning and it says it will be here tomorrow, however is this not the case after what i’ve been reading? could i get an estimate in that case?

The  iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver has been a very popular choice recently.  We've filled all orders that were placed up to 18th December, and currently out of stock.
Dispatch guidance while placing the order yesterday was  - Available to order (Expect despatch in more than 28 days)


We're just waiting for delivery from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
In the mean time you can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
