Moving from o2

I’ve ordered 2 sims to change from o2 to EE.
one is a Payg for £10.00 per month.
and one is a monthly subscription for £9.00 per month with a discount and 6 months Apple TV.  Trouble is only 1 sim has come and I don’t think it’s the monthly subscription one. I don’t want to put the sim in I’ve got incase it’s the wrong one. Supposed to be keeping my number as well. Help… can’t get to speak to customer services as they won’t accept the 02 phone number when I try to ring them

How do I speak to someone from EE about moving from o2

@Dawn541 , What is it you need to know?

If you are moving from 02 to EE, you need to get a PAC code from 02, which once you have received your SIM card, you can give the PAC code to EE, who will do the necessary transfer so that you can keep your number.

If you are a new customer to EE, then you need to log-out here and click on shop at the top of the page and choose either a contract or pay as you go plan, if this is an additional line, then you do not need to log out, but order as an additional line, hope this helps.

Check your other thread, I did not see it and have now replied to it, no need to start another thread.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Dawn541 , there was no need to start another thread, I have replied to the other one, but if you ring this number, you should not need to give your number:

It should be obvious. The PAYG 1 will have the word "Pack" written all over the card it is stuck to.
