Missing order

I ordered a phone 4 days ago. Money has left my account and Ive received no phone and no information . Order ref - ********

Please advise when I will be in receipt of my order before I request a refund and go to Vodafone

That model is showing as being in stock, and would usually be dispatched within 1 day. 

If you have ordered at the start of the week, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order for you to see what is happening.

What phone did you order ? What colour and storage size ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
