Hello,
I called customer service on Tuesday to amend my address on the delivery because the flat number was missing on my order. I was assured on the phone this was done. Never received a new order confirmation email and now the DPD driver won't deliver to me because the flat number is missing even with my ID. Can someone rectify this? I'm happy to go to a physical store to sort this out.
