Orders are meant to be dispatched 24 hours or less after you order but i ordered over a day ago and have received no other updates or dispatch email, when I try track my order, it says it’s unable to do so right now? Can’t find any help anywhere.

What did you order?
Was it a phone and if so which one, colour and storage size?
You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
The order number is not a tracking number, you will receive a tracking number when order is processed.

It was a phone yes and it was a Google Pixel 7 and it was in stock. I know it’s not a tracking number, I was looking for an order update, not a delivery update. Just confused as it says a day and it’s been over a day and it’s still not been processed

I called and they said it will be delivered ok Monday and it was delayed due to the day I ordered it on as they don’t deliver on weekends. Thankyou 😄
