Hi, I am in the process of upgrading. Waiting for my new device (Samsung Flip 4), but have received a text today stating my plan has been updated to an IPhone plan. This doesn't sound right, please could I have some help?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
