Upgrade no confirmation

Hi

I have upgrade to a Samsung 22 and paid the early upgrade fee and the upfront fee, this has come out of my bank but I have no confirmation email and I got logged out of my account so I don't know what is going on? When I log back in it is saying I can upgrade ?
